Bu sözleşme, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği kapsamında hazırlanmıştır.

İşbu sözleşme; ALICI'nın SATICI'ya ait demozi.com internet sitesi üzerinden elektronik ortamda siparişini verdiği ürün/hizmetin satışı ve teslimatına ilişkin olarak 6502 Sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmelere Dair Yönetmelik çerçevesinde tarafların hak ve yükümlülüklerini kapsamaktadır.
Demozi Kozmetik ve Makina Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi tarafından sunulan ürün ve hizmetler şunlardır:
Ürünlerin temel özellikleri, fiyatı, stok durumu ve teslimat bilgileri sipariş sırasında ALICI'ya açıkça sunulur.
ALICI, web sitesinde ürünü seçip siparişi tamamladığında sözleşme kurulmuş sayılır. Sipariş onayı e-posta ile ALICI'ya iletilir. SATICI, siparişi kabul etmeme veya iptal etme hakkını saklı tutar.
ALICI, teslim tarihinden itibaren 14 (on dört) gün içinde herhangi bir gerekçe göstermeksizin ve cezai şart ödemeksizin sözleşmeden cayma hakkına sahiptir.
Cayma hakkı aşağıdaki durumlarda kullanılamaz:
Cayma hakkını kullanmak için info@demozi.com adresine e-posta gönderiniz veya +90 539 661 9004 numaralı hattı arayınız.
Onaylanan iadeler, ürünün SATICI'ya ulaşma ve incelenme tarihinden itibaren 5–10 iş günü içinde işleme alınır. Geri ödeme, PayTR üzerinden orijinal ödeme yöntemiyle yapılır. Ayrıntılar için İade Politikamıza bakınız.
ALICI'ya ait kişisel veriler yalnızca sipariş ve teslimat süreçleri için kullanılır ve üçüncü taraflara satılmaz. Veriler 6698 sayılı KVKK kapsamında korunmaktadır. Ayrıntılar için Gizlilik Politikamıza bakınız.
İşbu sözleşmeden doğan uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye Cumhuriyeti mevzuatı uygulanır. 2026 yılı için belirlenen parasal sınırlar dahilindeki uyuşmazlıklarda Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri, bu sınırı aşan uyuşmazlıklarda ise İstanbul Tüketici Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.
ALICI, siparişi tamamlaması ile birlikte işbu sözleşmenin tüm koşullarını okuduğunu, anladığını ve kabul ettiğini beyan eder. Sözleşme, sipariş tarihinde yürürlüğe girer.

This agreement covers the rights and obligations of both parties regarding the sale and delivery of goods/services ordered by the BUYER through the SELLER's website demozi.com, within the framework of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
Products and services offered by Demozi Kozmetik ve Makina Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi include:
The essential characteristics, price, stock availability, and delivery information of each product are clearly presented to the BUYER at the time of ordering.
The agreement is deemed concluded when the BUYER selects a product on the website and completes the order. An order confirmation email will be sent to the BUYER. The SELLER reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order.
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty.

Approved returns will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected by the SELLER. Refunds will be issued via PayTR to the original payment method. For details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Personal data collected from the BUYER is used solely for order fulfilment and delivery purposes and is not sold to third parties. Data is protected under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698). For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Turkish law shall apply to any disputes arising from this agreement. For disputes within the monetary limits set for 2026, Consumer Arbitration Committees shall have jurisdiction; for disputes exceeding these limits, Istanbul Consumer Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
By completing the order, the BUYER confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions of this agreement. The agreement enters into force on the date of the order.
